City Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations at the Eastern Creek Distribution Centre in NSW. In this critical leadership role you will oversee maintenance delivery, contractor management, asset optimisation, safety, and financial performance on a fast-paced, high-volume site.

You will partner with Distribution Centre leadership and internal teams to balance planned programs with reactive work, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance asset

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a facilities manager or similar senior role.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong commercial acumen including budget management.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance, asset management and safety programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site facilities management across the distribution centre.
• Oversee contractors and technical teams to safety and performance standards.
• Drive preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle improvement.
• Manage budgets, costs and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure HSE compliance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Foster stakeholder relationships with site leadership and partners.
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives.
