With strong focus on risk, compliance and sustainability, you will report to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping ongoing improvements and energy initiatives across the portfolio.

As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable, safe and cost-effective operation of building services, essential services and soft services across multiple commercial assets throughout Sydney. You will lead site operations, manage service partners and support the delivery of capital works, risk management and sustainability initiatives.

The Opportunity:

• Lead the operational management of building services, essential services and infrastructure
• Manage OPEX budgets and deliver approved capital works programs
• Manage contractor procurement, contracts and performance outcomes
