Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites and Oaks Glenelg Liberty Towers in Adelaide. You will lead preventative maintenance, oversee multiple building systems and coordinate vendors to ensure safety, compliance and efficiency.
The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, strong contractor management and a proactive approach to asset care and sustainability initiatives. Flexibility for after-hours work may be required.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites and Oaks Glenelg Liberty Towers.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth, compliant and efficient functioning of all building systems across the property. The successful candidate will oversee vendor coordination, risk and safety compliance, preventative maintenance, and support key projects including property upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
