Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier Suites and Oaks Glenelg Liberty Towers in Adelaide. You will lead preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors, and ensure WHS compliance across building systems.
The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team, support property upgrades and sustainability projects, and contribute to cost-efficient resource planning while maintaining outstanding guest experiences.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth, compliant and efficient functioning of all building systems across the property. The successful candidate will oversee vendor coordination, risk and safety compliance, preventative maintenance, and support key projects including property upgrades and sustainability initiatives.
