Job summary

CBRE Brisbane is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a premium industrial portfolio across Brisbane’s south-west suburbs. You’ll lead building services, coordinate contractors, and drive performance across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Building/Property Operations.
• Solid understanding of industrial building services (fire, mechanical, hydraulic, essential services).
• Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with FM software platforms such as Yardi or Rapid Global preferred.
• A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors.
• Drive contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify improvement opportunities.
