Job summary

Redox is seeking a proactive Maintenance Officer to oversee our Laverton North division, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment for staff and visitors. You will manage daily facilities, coordinate contractors, and drive improvements across multiple sites within a tight radius.

Your hands‑on facilities background, leadership abilities, and knowledge of safety regulations will keep operations compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and/or facilities management.
• Relevant building certifications, licences, or trade qualifications.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Welding experience is highly regarded (oxy and arc).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance across facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and manage contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
• Prepare costings, quotations and monthly maintenance reports.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects and renovations.
