Job summary

Redox is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead Laverton North site operations and drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all warehouse activities.

You will manage a team of 20+ staff, implement KPI tracking, and ensure GMP/HACCP adherence while coordinating equipment maintenance and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, WHS knowledge, and ERP/WMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Current Australian Forklift Licence (LF).
• Knowledge of State and Federal WHS legislation.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling and storage regulations.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and COR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff at all levels.
• Proven ability to performance manage and develop teams.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of 20+ staff.
• Manage KPI tracking (DIFOT, accuracy, space utilisation, turnaround times).
• Ensure inventory storage, labeling, segregation and packaging standards.
• Maintain GMP/HACCP adherence and housekeeping across the warehouse.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to improve performance.
• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits and risk assessments.
