Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Community Hospitals & Minor Sites Engineering team. Based at Cranbourne Community Hospital, you will ensure facilities are well-maintained and compliant, while coordinating contracts and major and minor works across sites.

You will engage stakeholders, manage contractors, and contribute to asset management reporting, supported by an engineering services framework and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong contract management skills and experience handling service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities managed by Community Hospital Engineering Team are maintained to a high standard of care and compliant.
• Manage service contracts and contractor performance.
• Coordinate projects, minor works or site modifications.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across sites to balance priorities.
• Provide analytical reporting on asset management and maintenance activities.
