Monash Health is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Community Hospitals & Minor Sites Engineering team. This full-time, ongoing role focuses on maintaining facilities to a high standard and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Based at Cranbourne Community Hospital, you will work under the Facilities Manager - Community Hospitals and Minor Sites, coordinating projects, managing service contracts, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience managing service contracts, contractor performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience coordinating projects, minor works or site mods.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of asset management and building services environments.
• Strong Excel and reporting tool skills.
