CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator in Canberra to support contract operations and act as the link between client requestors and CBRE. You will work with management and subcontractors to report and diagnose faults, escalate issues, and follow up daily tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-centric approach, with prior facilities or hospitality experience.

This role is crucial in supporting contract operations and acts as the link between client (requestors) and CBRE. FCs are expected to work with the management team and Sub- Contractors to report technical issues and the diagnosis of faults for rectification. The role will also ensure that issues are appropriately escalated to the relevant personnel and will refer and follow- up daily tasks as assigned.
