CBRE Canberra, located in ACT, AU, is seeking a capable Facilities Coordinator to support contract operations. The role links client requestors with CBRE, reporting technical issues and escalating when required, and following up daily tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities include managing day-to-day facilities needs, administrative duties, maintaining registers, and coordinating contractors while ensuring WHSE compliance and KPI achievement.

This role is crucial in supporting contract operations and acts as the link between client (requestors) and CBRE. FCs are expected to work with the management team and Sub- Contractors to report technical issues and the diagnosis of faults for rectification. The role will also ensure that issues are appropriately escalated to the relevant personnel and will refer and follow- up daily tasks as assigned.
