Job summary

The Shire of Lake Grace is seeking a Building Maintenance Officer to join our team and help maintain facilities and staff residences. A reliable candidate with a relevant trade certificate is preferred.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Supervisor, you will perform construction, repairs and preventative maintenance in line with the maintenance program to ensure safe, well‑functioning buildings for the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant trade certificate in the building maintenance industry.
• Experience with construction, repairs and preventative maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, repair and preventative maintenance work.
• Work in accordance with the maintenance program to support Shire facilities and staff residences.
