Job description

Job Category: Community Services and Development

It takes courage to create spaces where people can thrive.

Behind every safe, welcoming and well-maintained service is a leader who sees the bigger picture.

At Richmind WA, our facilities are more than buildings. They are places where people access support, build connections, strengthen their wellbeing and shape their own lives. We're looking for an experienced Facilities and Assets Manager who can combine strategic thinking, practical problem solving and strong stakeholder relationships to help us deliver exceptional environments across Western Australia.

If you are passionate about facilities management, asset planning, contractor leadership and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how our physical environments support recovery, safety, inclusion and wellbeing across our services.

Why this role matters

The quality of our environments shapes how people feel when they walk through the door. A safe, well-maintained and welcoming site can reduce anxiety, build trust and help people feel respected from the moment they arrive.

As Facilities and Assets Manager, your work will sit at the intersection of safety, quality, service continuity and consumer experience. You will lead the systems, relationships and planning that keep our properties, fleet, assets, contractors, maintenance programs and capital works moving in the right direction.

This role is about more than fixing buildings or managing assets. It is about creating the conditions that allow staff to do their best work and people accessing our services to feel safe, included and supported in their recovery.
