As Facilities and Assets Administrator at Richmind WA, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our sites safe, functional, and welcoming – so our teams can focus on what matters most: supporting people on their mental health recovery journey.

This is a role for someone who enjoys organising information, liasing with others, keeping systems up to date and making sure nothing gets missed.

You won’t be fixing buildings yourself; instead, you’re the organised, reliable link that helps everything come together.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting our Facilities Manager with the coordination of day‑to‑day site operations across Richmind WA
• Keeping records and systems organised, including asset registers and maintenance information
• Communicating with contractors and suppliers, following up on jobs and ensuring work is scheduled and completed
• Managing systems and data, including MyBuildings and Smart‑Fleet (training provided)
• Supporting procurement and supplies, helping teams get what they need in a timely way

What you bring

• Experience in administration, coordination, or office support (formal qualifications welcome but not essential)

• Experience in property or residential services is great, but not essential

Other essentials: National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a valid Driver’s Licence.
