Job summary

Altop Facade Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade projects from early design coordination through to final installation, offering exposure to a range of commercial developments.

You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, procurement of façade materials, coordinate design reviews, and ensure safety, quality and on-site compliance while communicating with builders, architects, engineers and consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in façade or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of the full project management cycle, including design coordination, programming, budgeting, contracts, site management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade project scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams throughout all project stages.
• Liaise with builders, architects, engineers and consultants to resolve technical and on-site challenges.
