AH Fencing (NSW) Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder to support our growing workshop for commercial and industrial fencing projects.

You will fabricate gates, frames and components, perform MIG welding, read drawings and maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced team environment.

This full-time role offers varied work across multiple sites and a clear path for progression within a fast-growing, multi-state business.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant fabrication and welding experience.
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Experience working with steel and fabrication from drawings.
• Ability to read drawings and work accurately from measurements.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Reliable with solid work ethic; able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing NSW operation.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate gates, frames and fencing components.
• MIG welding and general steel fabrication.
• Cutting, grinding, drilling and material prep.
• Read drawings and work to measurements.
• Complete custom fabrication and repairs.
• Collaborate with project and site teams.
• Ensure finished products meet project requirements.
• Maintain safe, organized work area.
