Job summary

Strike Fencing and Gates is a well-established Central Coast manufacturer with 20+ years in the trade, seeking a gun fabricator to lead our Tuggerah workshop. We produce custom aluminium gates, slat fencing, pool fencing and automated gate frames, all in-house.

You’ll own the shop floor from cutting to final weld, focusing on aluminium frames—gate frames, slat fence frames, pool fence panels and automatic gate structures—roughly 80% aluminium and 20% steel MIG work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom aluminium gate and fence frames (MIG welding)
• Weld steel frames and gate structures as required
• Work from plans and job sheets to spec, with attention to detail
• Keep the workshop organised, safe and efficient
• Maintain quality and clean, strong welds on every piece

Job description

We're a well-established Central Coast fencing and gate manufacturer (20+ years) looking for a gun fabricator to lead our Tuggerah workshop. We build custom aluminium gates, slat fencing, pool fencing and automatic gate frames - all made to order in-house.

You’ll own the shop floor from cutting to final weld. The core of the work is aluminium frames - gate frames, slat fence frames, pool fence panels and automatic gate structures - around 80% aluminium and 20% steel MIG work. You’ll work from plans and job sheets, run your own bench, and keep quality consistent on every job that leaves the shop.
