Job summary

MASS is a trusted and growing manufacturer of high-quality engineered solutions for the water industry on the Gold Coast. We hire boilermakers, fabricators and welders to join a collaborative team in a clean, modern workshop.

Hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am to 2:30pm Friday, with flexible scheduling options. Above-award wages plus overtime opportunities, plus a strong track record of career development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Boilermaking, welding or fabrication skills required.
• Ability to interpret workshop drawings.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment.
• MIG welding and aluminium experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Cert III in engineering is a bonus, but not required.

Boilermaker / Fabricator / Welder Opportunity - Gold Coast

What we’re looking for:

A positive, can-do mindset paired with strong work ethic

Relevant skills in boilermaking, welding, or fabrication (overtime is often available)

Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment

Ability to interpret workshop drawings

MIG welding and aluminium experience a plus, but not mandatory

Cert III in engineering is a bonus, but not required
