Job summary

Synergie Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Fabricator / Trade Assistant to join our growing Australian manufacturing team. This is a full-time role where you will apply MIG and TIG welding skills and contribute to fabrication and assembly tasks.

You will read basic drawings, operate workshop machinery, and support multiple trade functions while maintaining a safe, tidy workspace. Overhead crane experience is highly desirable and encouraged.

Qualifications

• Hands-on welding experience including MIG and TIG.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in learning across multiple trade areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused attitude.
• Overhead crane experience or licence highly desirable.
