Qualifications

• Essential Food & Beverage hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities required.
• Experience supervising or delivering workplace training is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding and workplace training across Hamilton Island's F&B operations.
• Provide hands-on coaching in restaurants, bars and other F&B venues to strengthen service skills.
• Coach and mentor team members in service sequence, engagement, product knowledge and upselling.
