Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari (Fraser Island) seeks an experienced F&B Service Supervisor to lead daily operations across multiple venues and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the F&B Manager, oversee shifts, and foster a positive team culture in a unique island destination.

You’ll bring leadership in F&B, strong service standards, and a hands-on approach. The role involves coaching staff, maintaining quality, and contributing to guest satisfaction across bars

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar service.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Current QLD RSA with Wine and cocktails knowledge.
• RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the resort's food and beverage outlets
• Support, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain service, presentation and operational standards across all outlets
• Assist with staff training, performance and day-to-day team leadership
• Drive guest satisfaction while supporting commercial and operational outcomes
