Job summary

Minor Hotels invites passionate hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley. Multiple full-time and part-time roles are available, with responsibilities spanning restaurant, bar and events service and guest experiences.

Candidates should have experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume environment, RSA and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them), and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant or high-volume hospitality preferred.
• RSA certification is required.
• Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service across restaurants, bars and events spaces.
• Support daily Food & Beverage operations including service and guest experiences.
• Lead and support team members for service excellence (Team Leader roles).
• Maintain F&B standards in line with brand expectations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure cleanliness, presentation and safety.
