You will oversee shifts, train staff, coordinate rostering, and ensure top-notch guest experiences in a premier venue with stunning views while fostering a positive, growth-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a high-volume events or hospitality environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Lead day-to-day shift operations in the Bistro & Bar for smooth service delivery.
• Roster staff and manage breaks to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings with operational updates and daily objectives.
• Oversee event setup, operation and pack down with emphasis on safety and presentation.
• Collaborate with Events Manager to ensure seamless event execution.
