Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests at the Atria breakfast host desk.
• Review in-house package reports to identify breakfast inclusions.
• Take and process food and beverage orders; offer recommendations.
• Assist breakfast service team as needed by F&B management.
• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and stock rotation.
• Polish cutlery and maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

Job description

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner at Atria the host desk.
• Review in house package reports to identify guests with breakfast inclusion.
• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Assist breakfast service team where required by F&B management.
• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
• Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
