Qualifications

• You enjoy chatting with people and making them feel at home.
• You’re curious about food, wine, and local produce.
• You’re well-presented and reliable.
• You hold a current RSA (or are willing to get one).
• You have your own transport and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• You are available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming face of the restaurant or events team, delivering memorable dining experiences and genuine hospitality.
• Work closely with the F&B or Banquets Manager, learning as you go and making every guest feel like a regular.
