Job summary

Lancemore Macedon Ranges & Cleveland Estate in Victoria, Australia, is seeking casual Housekeeping Attendants to join our friendly teams and work across both premium properties. You will clean guest rooms, service accommodation areas and public spaces to the highest standard, while supporting event spaces and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcomed but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and accommodation areas.
• Ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard of cleanliness and detail.
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas and facilities.
• Supporting the housekeeping team with event and conference requirements.
• Replenishing amenities and maintaining appropriate room standards.
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property as required.
• Following health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Working efficiently as part of a team, particularly during busy periods.
• Supporting housekeeping operations across both properties as required.

Located just 10 minutes apart in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate are two premium Victorian hospitality destinations renowned for weddings, conferences, corporate events and exceptional guest experiences.

As part of the award-winning Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Housekeeping Attendants to join our teams and work across both properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable and welcoming environments and enjoys working as part of a supportive hospitality team.

About the Role

Working across Lancemore Macedon Ranges and Cleveland Estate, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation, public areas and event spaces are presented to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms and accommodation areas
• Ensuring rooms are presented to a high standard of cleanliness and detail
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas and facilities
• Supporting the housekeeping team with event and conference requirements
• Replenishing amenities and maintaining appropriate room standards
