Lancemore Macedon Ranges & Cleveland Estate, part of Lancemore Hotel Group, invites applications for Casual Chefs to work across both premium Victorian venues. Join our culinary team delivering varied service styles, weddings, conferences and dining operations in a beautiful vineyard setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential.
• Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded.
• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles.
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered).

• Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
• Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
• Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
