Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF.
• Understanding of the NQF and NQS.
• Experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, child safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to mentor and support educators to build capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.
• Create engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing outcomes.
• Guide and mentor educators to strengthen educational practice.
• Partner with families to support children's growth and development.
• Drive reflective practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Support inclusive learning environments that celebrate diversity.
• Champion child safety, wellbeing and children's rights.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
