Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF.
• Understanding of the NQF and NQS.
• Experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to inclusion, child safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to mentor and support educators to build capability.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll combine your expertise in early childhood development with strong educational leadership to create meaningful learning experiences for children and support quality practice across the centre.

Working collaboratively with the Educational Leader, Centre Leadership Team and educators, you'll play a key role in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs that support every child's individual learning journey. You'll also provide mentorship and guidance to educators, helping to drive continuous improvement and educational excellence across the service.

You will:

You’ll bring:

• An ACECQA-approved Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check

• Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
