Job summary

The New Centre in Moorooka is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join a passionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality early learning experiences. You will design engaging activities, observe and assess progress, and support children to grow with confidence and joy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (ACECQA recognised) or Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level qualification.
• Experience delivering Kindergarten programs.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF/NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card.

We invite you to join our team as an Early Childhood Teacher. As our ideal candidate, you are a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher with a genuine love for working with children. Your creativity knows no bounds when it comes to designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to each child’s unique needs and interests. You possess a strong understanding of child development theories and are skilled in observing and assessing children’s progress.

You will need to hold:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) OR Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level qualification or enrolled and studying towards.
• Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards (“NQF” and “NQS”), the Early Years Learning Framework (“EYLF”)
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
