Job summary

Kent Relocation Group in Sydney seeks an External Sales Consultant to join our on-the-road sales team. You will engage with clients in their homes, present our relocation services, and tailor proposals that fit their needs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and a solutions-focused approach. A self-motivated, organised professional with reliable transport is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in the relocations/removals sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy diary and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-home inspections to assess client needs.
• Formulate pricing and create proposals tailored to clients.
• Promote full suite of relocation services to meet client requirements.
• Assist with any service issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Encourage client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing Sales team as an External Sales Consultant in the Sydney Region, where success will come easy as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products.

You will be part of a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year.As this role is on the road and work from home, your ability to manage your time and coordinate a busy diary will be essential.So too will be how well you build rapport with clients and help them navigate the logistics and stress of relocating.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Carrying out in home inspections
• Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client
• Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients’ needs are met
• Assist with any service issues ensuring effective and timely solutions
• Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve
• Maintain exemplary customer service throughout

About you:

Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual.This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
