Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is seeking a Senior Communications Manager – External to shape AP+’s external voice, build its reputation across the payments industry and broader business community. You’ll lead external thought leadership and media relations, identifying stories and opportunities through media, events, speaking engagements, podcasts and other original content.

You’ll also act as a trusted adviser to the Head of Communications on emerging issues and crises, working with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading external, corporate or stakeholder communications in a complex organisation.
• Strong ability to build plans and narratives that connect priorities with audiences.
