• Experience in external sales within civil construction or stormwater/water management.
• Ability to read civil/engineering plans and interpret technical specs is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive specification and sales of stormwater treatment and harvesting systems with consultants, contractors, and councils.
• Build and manage a robust project pipeline from design to construction delivery.
• Deliver technical presentations and project consultations to civil engineers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide tailored client solutions.
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets while expanding the company footprint in QLD.
