Team Rehab Solutions (TRS) invites expression of interest from new graduates in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry or Exercise Physiology. Our New Graduate Program provides structured mentoring, professional development and meaningful clinical exposure in community settings across Australia.

You will gain hands-on experience, build confidence and work with a supportive multidisciplinary team to advance your early career while making a real difference in clients' daily lives.

Qualifications

• Students approaching graduation or recent graduates in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry or Exercise Physiology are encouraged to express interest.
• Participation in a structured New Graduate Program with mentoring and professional development.
• Opportunity to build hands-on clinical skills in community care settings.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Join TRS New Graduate Program and participate in mentoring sessions.
• Develop clinical skills with support from senior clinicians.
• Gain experience across NDIS, rehabilitation and falls prevention caseloads.
• Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals.
