Real Therapy Solutions in Wollongong is launching a 12‑month Graduate Program for soon‑to‑be graduated Occupational Therapists. The program starts with intensive induction and gradually introduces you to practice with reduced caseload while you build confidence and clinical reasoning.

Expect ongoing supervision, mentoring, and structured PD as you grow. You’ll join a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values learning, collaboration, and real‑life outcomes for clients across the lifespan.

Job Description

What makes our Graduate Program different?

Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first sixmonths then fortnightly
• Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
• A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
• Consistentprofessional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forward
• Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
• Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
• Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
• Diverse caseload supporting clients across the lifespan
