Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a New Graduate Exercise Physiologist for our community practice. The role supports diverse client needs across NDIS, rehabilitation, mobility, and chronic disease management, with mentorship and structured development.

The program offers a New Grad Training Week with accommodation, weekly mentoring, and clear career progression within a multidisciplinary team. A strong people focus and clinical growth are central to this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology required.
Eligibility for Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) accreditation with ESSA.
Valid Australian driver’s license and professional indemnity insurance recommended.
Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and NDIS Worker Screening Check required or in process.

Responsibilities

Deliver community-based Exercise Physiology services within Sunshine Coast region.
Support clients across NDIS, rehabilitation, falls prevention, mobility, and chronic disease management.
Work within a multidisciplinary team including OTs, Physios, and Dietitians.
Participate in the New Graduate Program with mentoring and development opportunities.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about Exercise Physiology, enjoys working with people, and is excited to build their career in community-based care.

You will have:

A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, completed in 2026
Eligibility for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
Excellent communication skills and a genuine, people-focused approach

You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):

A current Australian driver's licence
Professional indemnity insurance
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
An NDIS Worker Screening Check
