Job summary

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is inviting expressions of interest for Support Workers in Cairns. You will help clients live independently at home, supporting personal care, daily routines and community participation. The role offers flexible hours, an induction and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Individual Support or are willing to work towards it, plus a driver’s licence, first aid/CPR, WWCC and police/NDIS checks. Competitive pay with allowances available.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be working towards it.
• First Aid and CPR accreditation.
• Working with Children Check.
• Police Check/NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Help with domestic tasks, shopping and appointments.
• Support clients to get out and about in their local community.
• Build genuine connections and provide companionship.
• Deliver personalised support to maintain independence and wellbeing.

What we\'re looking for

You\’ll bring a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing quality, person-centred support.

Ideally, you\’ll have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, or be willing to work towards it
• Driver\'s Licence and reliable vehicle
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain
