Job summary

Hervey Bay Auto Group is seeking an experienced Express Lane Technician to join our Service team. You will perform routine servicing and inspections while delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer care in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Qualified Automotive Technician with experience in a fast-paced workshop.
• Experience in routine servicing, maintenance and inspections.
• Ability to diagnose basic mechanical concerns and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Performing logbook servicing and routine vehicle maintenance.
• Conducting vehicle health checks and safety inspections.
• Completing repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnosing basic mechanical concerns and communicating findings clearly.
• Accurately completing repair orders and workshop documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Caring for customer vehicles and ensuring they are returned in excellent condition.

Hervey Bay Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Express Lane Technician to join our growing Service team. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in delivering quality work, enjoys interacting with a busy workshop environment, and is committed to ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

About the role

As an Express Lane Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, inspections and minor repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care. You'll play a key role in helping customers keep their vehicles safe, reliable and roadworthy while supporting the overall success of the Service Department.

Key responsibilities
