Job summary

Wide Bay Motor Group is seeking a qualified Technician/Mechanic to join our busy team in Hervey Bay, QLD. You will carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance per repair orders, diagnose issues, and ensure warranty work is correctly handled.

Maintain knowledge of our products and services, take care of workshop tools, and work with a supportive manager. We offer ongoing development, training, a positive team environment and clear career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair orders and diagnosing problem jobs
• Maintaining a sound knowledge of our products and services
• Following correct procedures when carrying out warranty work and ensuring all warranty parts are tagged with the correct information and placed in warranty storage
• Being responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning them to their correct place
