Botanic Gardens of Sydney is seeking a Venue Sales Manager to drive venue hire sales across iconic venues and deliver memorable client experiences.

You will manage multiple bookings, build relationships with corporate and private clients, oversee operations, and lead a small team to hit sales targets in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role within exhibitions, events, venue, or hotel business.
• Ability to work and/or be contactable outside of normal work hours, during holiday periods and on weekends.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate outcomes.
