Job summary

Global X ETFs Australia is seeking an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of conferences, webinars, roadshows and client events across Australia.

You'll manage logistics, coordinate sponsorship activations and work with internal and external partners to create memorable event experiences for financial advisers and investors. A strong multi-project mindset and excellent stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in events, marketing, partnerships or sponsorship coordination.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms is highly regarded.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management or professional services is welcome, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of conferences, roadshows, webinars, roundtables and client events
• Coordinating event logistics including venues, registrations, suppliers, travel, catering and attendee communications
• Supporting sponsorship and partnership activations to ensure every opportunity delivers maximum impact
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to create exceptional event experiences
• Assist with the development and distribution of adviser communications, invitations and supporting marketing collateral
• Supporting broader marketing campaigns, product launches and adviser engagement initiatives
• Tracking event outcomes and identifying opportunities to continuously improve results and attendee experiences
