Job summary

Roccella Frankston is seeking passionate wait staff to join our new Italian restaurant, where energy, hospitality and a warm smile help us shine during busy services. Ideal candidates have experience in a busy restaurant, can confidently manage a section, and bring strong food and beverage knowledge.

RSA is required; experience in Italian or premium casual/high-volume venues is highly valued. Casual and permanent roles are available with ongoing training and opportunities to progress to

Current RSA

Experience in Italian restaurants, premium casual dining or high-volume venues is highly regarded.
