Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services – Singleton NSW is seeking Experienced Shotfirer Assistants for a leading mining client in the Lower Hunter Valley. The role involves working outdoors, assisting shotfirers, and handling blast hole priming and loading.

Roster is Monday to Friday with a 4-day week, 10.5-hour shifts, and superannuation on rostered hours. Requirements include a current Driver's Licence, health assessment and D&A test, police check, and willingness to obtain security clearance (UHL)

Qualifications

• Safe and productive work ethic.
• Proven experience in an open cut mining environment is preferred.
• Hold current Drivers Licence.
• Already hold a Security Clearance (UHL) or be willing to obtain at own cost.
• Able to undergo and pass Order 45 Health assessment and D&A Test.
• Able to undergo a police check.
