Job summary

Programmed Energy and Resources is seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer for a mining client in the Hunter Valley. You will operate a forklift, manage goods receipt, stock control and distribution, and maintain accurate storage locations in a fast-paced site setting.

The role offers a lifestyle roster with 4/5 5/4 shifts and Monday-Friday 9-hour shifts, great pay rates, and superannuation on rostered hours. Join a safety‑driven team committed to best-in-class site operations.

Qualifications

• Previous stores experience in heavy industry is preferred.
• Must hold a forklift license and demonstrate experience loading/unloading trucks.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Commitment to safe and productive work practices.
• Must be able to pass a full Coal Board medical and D&A test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials.
• Order, track and receive goods for the site.
• Manage databases, stock takes and parts identification.
• Identify storage locations and manage stock location accuracy.
• Control and distribute stock ensuring accurate inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

Programmed Energy and Resources is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer for an exciting opportunity with one our leading mining clients in the Hunter Valley.

Roster

• Lifestyle Roster (4/5 5/4) 12hr shifts
• Monday-Friday 9hr shifts

About your new role:

• Operation of a forklift
• Ordering, tracking and receiving of goods
• Database management, stocktaking and parts identification
• Storage and location identification
• Control and distribution of stock
• Ensuring a clean, organised and safe work environment

About You:

• Previous stores experience - preferably heavy industry environment
• Must hold a forklift license and demonstrated experience loading and unloading trucks
• SAP experience preferred
• Safe and productive work ethic
• Able to undergo and pass full order 45 Coal Board medical and D&A Test
