To be considered, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in residential real estate.
• A current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in listing, negotiating and selling residential properties.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own workload and generate business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine drive to succeed.
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
