Blue Ridge Quarry in Bodalla NSW is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator to join our day-to-day operations at our Bodalla site. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role focusing on safe, efficient extraction, processing and stockpiling of quarry materials using heavy machinery.

• Previous quarry and heavy machinery operating experience is essential.
• Experience operating loaders, dump trucks, excavators and screening equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Practical mechanical knowledge and ability to identify equipment issues.
• Able to work outdoors in a hands-on environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy machinery including front-end loaders, dump trucks, excavators, screens and crushing equipment.
• Carry out pre-start inspections and report faults or maintenance requirements.
• Assist with the extraction, processing and stockpiling of quarry materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues as they arise.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Identify and report hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with general quarry duties as required.
• Work with the team to ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quarry Operator to join our team at our Bodalla NSW site. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position playing an important role in the day-to-day operations of our quarry.

The successful applicant will have proven hands-on experience operating heavy machinery and be confident working in a quarry environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to work, able to listen and follow instructions, and comfortable taking direction from management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, dump trucks, excavators, screens and crushing equipment.
