Job summary

Staff Australia are seeking experienced Warehouse Pickers to join our clients in Tullamarine and surrounding suburbs. The role involves day and afternoon shifts on an ongoing basis, with pay at $35–$37 per hour.

You will operate electric tuggers, perform voice picking and RF scanning, and handle picking, packing, pallet stacking and stock sorting while maintaining a safe workspace. Ongoing Monday‑Friday work is available for reliable candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/picking experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners and/or voice picking systems preferred.
• Electric tugger experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric ride-on Crown tuggers, if required.
• Perform voice picking and RF scanning to prepare orders.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Stack pallets and sort stock.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating electric ride-on Crown tuggers
• Voice picking

• Picking and preparing orders
• Pallet stacking
• Sorting stock
• General warehouse duties
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous warehouse/picking experience
• Experience using RF scanners and/or voice picking systems - highly preferred
• Electric tugger experience - highly preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 20kg
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to commit to an ongoing Monday to Friday position
