Job summary

Elite RV Victoria is seeking an Experienced Motorhome/Caravan Workshop Manager to lead a busy Lynbrook workshop. The role blends management with skilled technical work, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction across servicing, repairs, and handovers.

You will oversee workshop operations, promote safety and standards, and mentor a team of technicians while delivering premium motorhome care in a premier facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motorhome, Caravan, or RV Manager/Technician.
• Strong skills in 12V/24V electrical systems, gas systems (LPG), plumbing, appliances, and RV repairs.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer-focused attitude.
• Trade qualification preferred but not essential if you have strong relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the busy workshop and aftersales customer service.
• Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance on motorhomes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas and appliance systems.
• Carry out bodywork, chassis repairs, suspension work and accessory installations.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and handover preparations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical advice to customers.
• Arrange registration of sold motorhomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and manufacturer guidelines.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the running of our busy workshop. This is a managerial and hands-on role ideal for a Manager/skilled technician who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality workmanship.

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification (e.g., automotive, refrigeration, or recreational vehicle technician) preferred but not essential if you have strong relevant experience
