QStay manages a growing portfolio of privately owned holiday apartments across Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. The maintenance role involves painting, plastering, and general upkeep to keep our properties in top condition for guests.

We value hands-on problem solvers who can work independently or with our team, hold a valid Australian driver's licence, and have their own reliable vehicle for moving equipment between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, plastering and general maintenance.
• A current Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
• The ability to safely move appliances and furniture.
• A practical, can-do attitude and good attention to detail.
• Someone reliable who can work independently as well as with the team.

Responsibilities

• Paint, touch-ups and basic plastering across properties.
• General maintenance and minor repairs around apartments.
• Move and replace washing machines, dryers and furniture as needed.
• Attend to maintenance issues across properties.
• Keep the team updated on issues needing further attention.

Working across our properties, you'll help take care of day-to-day maintenance and repairs to keep everything running smoothly. No two days will necessarily be the same, so we're looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and tackle a variety of jobs.

Key responsibilities
