Recruitment Select is currently seeking skilled and motivated Production Operators with a Forklift Licence for a manufacturing role with one of our esteemed clients in Albury. The machine operator role will begin as a casual position, but may transition to a full-time for the right candidate. Working on either a 4 on 4 off shift pattern or a Monday-Friday, 12-hour day & night shifts on a weekly 4 days (12-hour shifts) and 3 nights (12-hour shifts).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards.
• Perform machine operations as required.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets.

• Maintain a safety-first attitude and follow all safety protocols.
• Managing inventory and stock levels.
